Late I know, Monthly Questions?????

I have finally gotten around to my monthly questions. Hope you guys enjoy and leave your link for you answers. So for the delay but hope you join in on the fun!!

1. So because we have recently gotten engaged I was wondering how all your hubby's popped the big question?

I think you all saw my last blog post if not here it is Engagement Dinner

2. What Jewelery do you wear daily?

I always have to have earrings on, my engagement ring, and two others on my right hand. I feel naked without all of them.

3. Have you ever been told you talk in your sleep?

I don't think anyone has ever told me, but I have woken myself up thinking that I am talking out loud to someone.

4. What are 3 websites you visit daily?

Email, facebook, and my blogger dashboard.

5. Are you allergic to anything?

I took one of those test one time were they actually injected me with about 50 different items to see if and how highly I was allergic to that specific thing. It hurt and was not very helpful.
It told me I was allergic to certain trees, freshly cut grass, pollen and dust. It did not tell me that I was allergic to cats even though when I get near one my throat starts closing up and my eyes get swollen and puffy. Or that apples make my mouth itchy, marshmallows make my skin itchy or certain soaps give me hives. I know I know I'm a mess lol.

6. Have you ever had the chicken pox?

I did when I was younger around 7 or 8 I think. It happened at the same time that it snowed at our house. Of course this had never happened before and I was stuck inside watching all the other kids playing in the snow covered  streets.  I felt better after when my aunt purposely brought my cousin around to get it also so that he could get it over with.

7. Last book you read?

Actually I just finished the Twilight saga in 3 wks, no wonder I am blind.  I know, I know you either love it or hate it, sorry I am one of the dorks that got hooked.

8.  4 of your Favorite Alcoholic drinks.

Wine coolers, Long island iced teas, anything with vodka, and I recently found ou I love cider(wish they had them here). So yummy and closest thing that will come to beer for me.

9. What color is your bedroom wall painted?

A bright aqua blue with dirty marks all over it. Javi keeps saying he want to paint it but I will hold out for that one like I have been holding out for the closet.

10.Finish the sentence...

I'm hungry for...... pizza and sherbet ice cream
I'm wearing...... jeans and a tank top
I'm sad when..... javi leaves for work in the middle of the day
I feel like.... I am melting waiting for the rain to come

Its like I never left

I know, I know, I have been a terrible blogger lately. Sorry for the long intervals between posts the last couple months.

I had my ups and downs in the states but all in all had a great time with my family. It is hard being away from Javi while being there, and visa versa here. Always carrying that bittersweet feeling and going from the slow laid back lifestyle to the fast never stopping life. I am so glad that I was given that chance to spend time with everyone though and do some of the things I had not been able to do for a while. I got a lot of shopping in and was able to bring back a lot of goodies for the family here. It is funny the first night I get back everyone all sits around the sala waiting for me to bring out all my gifts like its Christmas. I shopped, ate a little fast food, had a trip to Disneyland, Angels game, spent time with family and friends, and shopped some more.

Thanks to all you ladies for keeping my spirits up during my trip and making me see all the good that I have in my life and to stop complaining.

I have been back here in Mx for two weeks now and it is like I never left. Being able to go right back into routine here in the house was an easier adjustment this time but I think some changes are coming soon. Before I left for my trip Javi was given a new position at his work, well it offers more money than what he was receiving but he is much more miserable. He is in pain everyday and cant completely bend his fingers. We thought the raise he would be getting would make it worth all the hours and hard work but it is not working out that way. I am actually waiting for him to come home one morning and say that's it today was my last day. He has been talking a lot about selling clothes or opening up a papeleria. I think it would be a good change for him and it would be something we could do together. It would be nice to see him for more than 2 or 3 hours a day and weekends. It is a little scary thinking about him quiting and starting all over with something we have never done before. I can only pray that it works out and that we are making the right decisions. If not I have been thinking of some other options that we might have to look into.

I will keep you guys updated on the job front and will be posting my monthly questions that I have not been keeping up with. I will be leaving you with a few photos of my trip back to the states, until next time.

Hey everyone I know last time I said that I said changes were coming. Well this weekend they did, It just wasn't the kind I was thinking of.

Sunday afternoon Javi and I decided we wanted to take his parents out to eat at a restaurant for Mother's / Father's day. So everyone got dressed up and we went to eat at a place close to the lake nearby. My cunada and the kids tagged along and it was nice enjoying something different and new with them. We were all having a nice time and enjoying our meal, the food was Delicious, Javi had steak and shrimp and I had some steak fajitas. Everything was super yummy and we started packing up our food to go when the waiter brought me a little surprise before we left.......

I tried very hard to put the video here on the blog but all I could do was paste the link so please click
